Conveyor-Design.com is published by Contento GCV (AI-Studio), Oude Leuvensestraat 77 bus 3, 3300 Tienen, Belgium — BE 0715.660.258. AI-Studio is the controller for personal data on this site and in emails sent from an @conveyor-design.com address. Privacy questions: hello@ai-studio.be.

The site works with Easy Systems (Easy Systems Benelux BV, BE 0891.334.879). If you follow a link to easy-systems.eu, the Easy Systems privacy statement applies.

Our server logs technical data on every visit: IP address, requested page, time and browser type. We use it only to secure the site and fix faults (legitimate interest) and delete it after 14 days. The server is located in Germany (EU).

Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; more about the cookies on the about page.

From Conveyor-Design we sometimes send a single email to companies for which internal transport may be relevant, with an article and a link to Easy Systems.

• Data: company name, business email address, website, sector and location.
• Source: the company's website or its public Google Maps listing. Every email states where we found the address.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): informing companies about a topic that fits their business. We prefer generic business addresses (such as info@ or sales@); in Belgium we use only those.
• Retention: if you do not reply, we delete your data no later than 12 months after the email. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a block list so that we never email you again.
• Recipients: our email provider Zoho (EU data centre) and our server. Replies are handled by the AI-Studio team. A question about products or a project is passed on to Easy Systems only at your request.

Not interested? Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or reply “unsubscribe”. We do not track whether you open an email.

You can request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restrict processing and object to it, including to any email from us; after an objection we will not email you again. Send your request to hello@ai-studio.be; we reply within one month.

You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be), or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
